I have practiced as a commercial real estate attorney since 2004. Prior to starting Drossman Law in 2011, I practiced as an associate attorney at Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP (San Francisco), Kutak Rock LLP (Denver) and Cassin & Cassin LLP (New York), handling complex commercial transactions including mortgage financing and securitization offerings, property purchases and sales, leasing and property management transactions and various corporate law matters.
I received my B.F.A. from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts in 2000 and my J.D. from Tulane University Law School in 2003. Following graduation, I served as a Federal Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, E.D. in Louisiana for the honorable former Chief Bankruptcy Judge Jerry A. Brown.
When not lawyering, you might find me hunting for vintage chairs, in my kitchen whipping up spontaneous feasts from my refrigerator, driving a convertible around West Marin, or singing Bruce Springsteen karaoke.
